Our kitchen is newly renovated and features updated ranges, flooring, garbage disposals, refrigerators, and microwaves.
Bedrooms
Furnished options available with bed, desk, dresser, and window coverings. Unfurnished options also available.
Pantry
We also feature a newly renovated pantry with large food storage capacity and new flooring.
Rec Room and Library
Our unique recreational room features a Christian library, prayer room, music practice space, game room, Bible study area, and a big screen TV.
Study Room
Another terrific feature we offer to students is our study room. It includes two desks and a printing center.
Dining Room
An amazing place to gather, our dining room provides capacity for 10+ people, and makes for the perfect gathering room, meeting room, or mail room.
Bathroom
Our home also offers fresh and clean bathrooms that offers privacy for our students.
Living Room
We also offer another great gathering and relaxation space in our living room, which is fully furnished and includes a functional fireplace.
What does it cost?
The rental fee is $450.00 monthly with a $450.00 refundable deposit. This includes electricity, water, sewage, trash, and internet. Our rooms come furnished or unfurnished.
